My platform centers on public safety, fiscal responsibility, quality education and social values. My commitment to you is to be accessible and responsive to your needs.  Join me in this journey to make change for our community and the State of Missouri. AFFORDABILITY

I believe in a Missouri where you spend your own money—not the government. I will eliminate waste, root out corruption, and overhaul our tax policy that rewards work and property ownership, rather than penalizing it. Let’s return to our core values and keep Missouri affordable.

SAFE COMMUNITIES

Public safety requires a justice system that works from the beat to the bench. I will provide law enforcement with the tools they need and fight for judicial reforms that hold soft-on-crime judges accountable. It’s time to put the safety of Missouri families and the rights of victims first.

PROTECTING THE
VULNERABLE

I will fight abuse and human trafficking, defend the unborn, and protect our children by closing loopholes that allow sexual predators unsupervised access to our public libraries. Our libraries must remain safe spaces for children to learn and play, free from the threat of offenders.

SUPPORTING
VETERANS

I will fight to fully fund and modernize Missouri’s veteran care facilities. My priority is ensuring our heroes have seamless access to the high-quality physical and mental healthcare they earned through their service.

SCOTT SPENCER

As a retired Fire Captain with 25 years of service on the Jefferson City Fire Department (1994–2019), public service is my passion. I helped lead the department’s expansion into first responder medical services, and from 2021 to 2025, I served on the Jefferson City Council, working to be accessible, responsive, and focused on community needs.

On the council, I prioritized essential services- public safety, infrastructure, and fiscal responsibility. I held staff accountable, uncovered wasteful spending, and led initiatives like a cost-saving yard waste program. I was also proud to draft an ordinance eliminating DEI mandates in city departments, boards, and commissions.

As Public Works Chairman, I brought the long-stalled Wildwood Drive extension back to life—a project that now supports Jefferson City’s future growth.

If elected to the Missouri House, I’ll bring character, courage, and common sense to work for you. I’ll fight for limited government, safe communities, and a thriving central Missouri. I support President Trump's policies on illegal immigration and government reform. I am Pro-life and fully support the 2nd Amendment. I believe in the American Dream and in preserving it for the next generation. I would be honored to earn your support.

"Accountability is the essence of democracy". Gary Wills
